Course Description

This one-of-a-kind marketing camp in Taiwan explores the marketing strategies and methods Taiwanese firms have used to take leading industry roles. Taiwanese firms, despite having low brand recognition amongst global consumers, have become leaders and key players in many industries and global value chains. This course focuses on four industries:

    • Information technology (IT)
    • Sporting goods
    • Retail
    • Medical / Healthcare

The camp structure follows the following general format:

  • Morning sessions are industry-focused lecture sessions with group-based discussions.
  • Afternoon sessions are a mix of cultural experiences and company visits.
  • Optional evening sessions hosted by NTUB’s student ambassador team.

Assessments are made through a group final project presentation.

Please refer to the schedule for up-to-date details.

Participants completing this course will receive a certificate of completion from NTUB. Total course contact time is 48 hours.
*Credit transfer is subject to your home university’s discretion; kindly check their transfer policy beforehand.
